This beautiful Victorian figured mahogany antique double wardrobe ca 1860 has a moulded cornice above two beautifully figured full length doors with arched moulded panels and turned handles. The left interior has four sliding linen trays above two mahogany lined drawers with brass swan neck handles and the right interior has a brass hanging rail and brass hooks above a deep open drawer.
This beautiful Victorian figured mahogany antique double wardrobe / armoire ca 1860 has a moulded cornice above two beautifully figured full length doors with arched moulded panels and turned handles. The left interior has four sliding linen trays above two mahogany lined drawers with brass swan neck handles and the right interior has a brass hanging rail and brass hooks above a deep open drawer. The antique wardrobe has rounded corners, an old veneer repair on one door, stands on a plain rounded plinth, has original back boards and splits into four sections for ease of removals. This beautiful piece of antique furniture is a rich warm medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
